Fabulous post! I had no idea Reno had organized an exercise as a result of threats from bin Laden in 1998. Does anyone know when Sudan offered to hand bin Laden over to us? Why the heck didn't we take them up on that offer? I know Clinton was busy playing hide the havana, but for heaven's sake, he was supposedly smart enough to walk and chew gum.
