PRESIDENT BUSH will propose next week that Russia and the United States join forces to develop the controversial Star Wars missile defence system in a move that will further enshrine new strategic links between the former foes.

Don't y'all just *love* globalism?

It will end up being an incredible system with both the US and Russia working on it together. It opens up all kinds of possibilities.

I like the fact that Russia's new "strategic" chinese pards won't like it, but, most of the cost will fall on the US tax payer.

We are not worried about the Russians, we are worried about the Islamic world (and China a little) with nukes. The Russians aren't worried about us they are worried about the Islamic world (and China a lot) with nukes.

To combine against a common threat is logical.

Jerry Pournelle is looking more and more like a prophet. The CoDominium is beginning to arise. He just didn't foresee that the fall of communism would come first.

I have complained and written for years (see FR article below in this reply) that GW and HW Bush had been proposing transfering US missile defense technology to the Russians in order to establish a world government. HW Bush also actually initiated some of the transfer effort starting in 1983 in my opinion based on what I was told in employement interviews I had for the SDI program at Kirtland AFB in New Mexico.

From my article published in July 2000:

"On November 16,1999, GW Bush, the President’s son and now Republican presidential candidate, made a proposal very similar to his father’s and called for the US to jointly work with the Russians to build a missile defense system (this requires joint R&D and the Russians already have had two effective ABM sites since 1972 and the US has none). I have a Reuters article that quotes GW Bush on his proposals which were prepared with the help of Dr. Kissinger, Dick Cheney and Brent Scowcroft."

The article for this thread further establishes the validity of my complaints becasue it states that Bush plans to share development with the Russians for missile defense. THis is wrong and pure evil in my opinion.

Many Republicans and Bush bots have told me for years I was wrong because Bush would never do such a thing and they called me crazy. But today when the same people who called me crazy and a liar see GW Bush doing the very things I have written about for years, they now rationalize Bush's actions as saying he must have a good reason and they now gush by saying "isn't he so clever!"

The Russians will strike in the Middle East (see Ezekial 38-39)and "fire will come down on those who dwell carelessly in the coastlands" (those with inadequate nuclear missile retaliation capability deterrent- a small, easily overwhelmed missile defense will not be enough of a protection when this happens on a large scale)

Whoever runs world government someday will be the AntiChrist and he will be called clever and "he will destroy wonderfully by peace" (from Daniel in the Bible)

Joint Missile Defense With Russians for Nuclear Disarmament and World Government?

This article is a rewrite of an article I wrote and posted on freerepublic.com on June 13,2000 entitled “US Missile Defense Tech Already Lost, Stolen, and/or Given to Russians and Chinese? “.

I have rewritten the article and now am posting the rewrite because I have had a number of serious and sincere requests to provide more details particularly in light of events that have transpired since I first wrote the article.

Please note the documentation pertaining to nuclear disarmament and world government.

As further documentation, I have a copy of an offer letter for the position referred to in the article. I plan to make the letter available at some point. If I get a scanner, I may post the letter on freerepublic if I think doing so will finally lead to a serious investigation.

Unfortunately, the FBI may not like my criticisms and decide to pay me another visit to confiscate my computer hard drive like they recently did for Notra Trulock, the DOE Chief of Intelligence who blew the whistle on the FBI and the loss of nuclear technology at Los Alamos near Kirtland AFB in Albuquerque, New Mexico.

In January 1983, I was offered a position at Kirtland AFB near Los Alamos related to the Strategic Defense Initiative (SDI) for research and development (R&D) of ballistic missile defense technologies. I was interviewed by Dr. Horton Struve, a nuclear physicist, and by Larry Oliver, a high level civil servant at the Holiday Inn in Lawton, Oklahoma. During the interview I was told the following:

1. I would be expected to work with Russian scientists in Russian and US facilities soon after taking the position and well before SDI would ever be deployed.

2. Work with the Russians was necessary to create the conditions for establishing "global nuclear disarmament and world government".

3. I would not be permitted as a condition of employment to complain to authorities about any transfers of technologies to the Russians which I thought were illegal either before or after accepting the position.

4. I would probably never work again as a nuclear engineer if I did not accept the position. I served on the USS Woodrow Wilson, SSBN 624, a Polaris ballistic missile submarine, before I went to Washington DC to be a project nuclear engineer for the Trident ballistic missile nuclear power plant. I worked directly under H.G. Rickover, the father of the US Nuclear Navy.

Items 3 and 4 were equivalent to coercion and intimidation and a blatant attempt to buy my silence since the people who offered me the position told me they were aware in detail of my past efforts of reporting illegal transfers of technologies to the FBI.

I protested items 1-4 and demanded proof and an explanation during the interview. In response, Dr. Struve and Mr. Oliver discussed and read the following introduction in a book by a nuclear physicist, Fredrick Winterberg . They said this introduction represented the reasons I was being interviewed and being offered a position to work with Russian scientists:

The Physical Principles of Thermonuclear Explosive Devices

By Friedwardt Winterberg, University of Nevada

Book published in 1981 in New York by the Fusion Energy Foundation

Introduction

"The physical principles for the explosive release of thermonuclear energy are known to at least five countries: the United States, the Soviet Union, Britain, France, and China. Each of these countries has tested thermonuclear devices with the goal of establishing a thermonuclear weapons capability.

In spite of this apparently widespread knowledge, the physical principles by which these devices operate have been guarded by each of these countries as one of their greatest secrets. This secrecy has no parallel in the entire history of military science, and there is no rationale for this state of affairs. True, the existence of thermonuclear weapons is a threat to all mankind that is unmatched in our entire history, but it is not clear how secrecy can reduce this threat. Experience shows that every country with the will to develop thermonuclear weapon devices and possessing the necessary industrial infrastructure has independently succeeded in attaining this knowledge.

The reason given by the US government for this secrecy is that disclosure of this knowledge would accelerate the proliferation of nuclear weapons. But in view of the already existing proliferation, this does not appear to be a very credible argument. The facts suggest that proliferation is the result of a political decision, rather than anything else. I am an advocate of total nuclear disarmament and the eventual establishment of a world government….."

I refused the offer even when it was extended to me in writing. Nonetheless, I was called by a military officer who demanded to know why I would not accept the position even when I had told them in advance I would not accept it because their proposals were blatantly illegal and damaging to US national security.

I went to FBI agent Floyd Zimms, the legal counsels for the House and Senate Intelligence Committees and the Senate Armed Service Committee, and to the offices of US Congressman Mickey Edwards and US Senator Don Nickles to complain and report the occurrence.

I have been ignored at least in part because the FBI agent Floyd Zimms wrote up a false and disparaging file on me to discredit my allegations. Zimms’ file on me was read over the phone to the office of my US Congressman, Mickey Edwards of Oklahoma by FBI agent Tony Iela. I complained in writing and by phone directly to the House Intelligence Committee legal counsel, Mike Sheehy, about FBI agent Floyd Zimms and to the Senate Intelligence Committee Legal Counsel, Joan Grimson. I have been told by a very reliable source that the FBI agent Floyd Zimms now works for the CIA and may have while he was an FBI agent.

On January 8, 1996, I was visited by FBI agent James Carlisle who threatened me about my nuclear complaints and the file that Zimms had created and that FBI agent Tony Iela had read to Congressman Mickey Edward’s office to smear me and discredit my allegations.

To this date, I have no indication any reliable investigation has ever been conducted into my allegations.

In the mid 1980’s Army intelligence went to the FBI with reports of Chinese espionage of SDI technology at Kirtland AFB using compromised Air Force personnel. It is believed that nothing adequate was done by the FBI about the Army intelligence reports or about my complaints concerning my job offer at Kirtland AFB. The Chinese espionage story was reported by Anthony Kimery, editor of Sources eJournal (www.dso.com) in May 1999.

President Bush ordered the US neutron bomb arsenal to be depleted (dismantled) and he recommended that the US do joint R&D of SDI with the Russians as part of the “New Age” during his address to the nation on September 27, 1991. I have the full text of his speech and a transcript of a Nightline program that was presented with Dick Cheney immediately after the speech.

On November 16,1999, GW Bush, the President’s son and now Republican presidential candidate, made a proposal very similar to his father’s and called for the US to jointly work with the Russians to build a missile defense system (this requires joint R&D and the Russians already have had two effective ABM sites since 1972 and the US has none). I have a Reuters article that quotes GW Bush on his proposals which were prepared with the help of Dr. Kissinger, Dick Cheney and Brent Scowcroft.

In June 2000, President Clinton proposed jointly deploying US missile defense systems with Russia and China using US R&D technology. I have the news articles on these Clinton proposals.

President Clinton and Secretary of State Madeline Albright have both said that they believe it is immoral for the US to maintain a nuclear superiority and not share the US missile defense technology with Russia and China. I have the news articles quoting Clinton and Albright on their positions on this subject.

This mentality is similar to that expressed to me by Dr. Struve and Mr. Oliver and that is in Winterberg’s book introduction. Has this mentality by Presidents Bush and Clinton and their advisors and by some nuclear scientists led to the illegal (treason) transfer of nuclear secrets and missile defense technologies to the Russians and Chinese to promote nuclear disarmament and world government?

Who would have ordered the FBI to coverup my allegations and those of Army intelligence? Why has the Senate Intelligence and House Intelligence Committees not done an adequate investigation into these allegations?

I was interviewed about my story by the news director, Jerry Bohnen, of KTOK talk radio in Oklahoma City about 4 weeks ago. The story and interview was broadcast on KTOK. To date there have been no responses or inquiries about the story or broadcast. Mr. Bohen has known me and FBI agent Floyd Zimms for over 13 years. Bohnen has looked into my allegations over the years and did the broadcast when he became convinced of the validity of the allegations.

Bohnen contributed to Terry Reed's book “Compromised” which makes serious allegations against Presidents Bush and Clinton. Bohnen is mentioned prominently in the book credits by Mr. Reed.

Bush: Russia Is Not an Enemy

Bin Laden linked to Russia (Russian groups supplying Laden)

Freeh Says Russian Mafia Poses No Threat

"In an August 1999 attack that has come to be known as "Moonlight Maze," cyberwarriors from the Russian Academy of Sciences downloaded massive amounts of classified data from computer networks at the DOD and DOE, believed to include missile-guidance codes and nuclearweapons data. The FBI continues to investigate the attack, says Debbie Wireman, a spokeswoman for the bureau's National Critical Infrastructure Protection Center.

Patrick, you deserve our sincerest thanks that you put it on the line for your love of country. Clearly you ran afoul of a massive UnAmerican conspiracy, dedicated to subverting President Reagan's goals. Reagan's offer to the Soviets was always contingent on our FIRST having developed a fully effective technology approach, and having deployed our shield, such that we were relatively invulnerable. THEN we could talk.

I would suspect in view of the timing that these were not merely one-worlders, but communists, as manifested by their clear unconcern about the Soviet First Strike doctrine and massive weaponry advantage...which persists to this day, I might add. This is the kind of thing that Notra Trulock should have taken note of, when he was in a position to do anything about it.

As for GWB, his whole approach dovetails with the conspiracy as you outlined it. And the so-called missile defense is in name only. No Brilliant Pebbles, No Excalibur, hell, no Aegis-based defense even. Instead what does he do? Deploys the worst possible system, that was concocted by William Jefferson Clinton, (noted friend of America's National Security, not!).
