You've not read Paul's instructions to the church... and how the church is to handle those who refuse to acknowledge sin and repent.

The church is not commanded to let all manner of unrepentant sinner continue in it's mist.

Obviously we are all sinners. But the church should be made up of sinners seeking forgiveness and a walk with God that will lead them to holiness.
