Since it is a private school I would think they can discriminate based upon whatever criteria they choose, so long as it was not illegal to do so.

I used to have a low opinion of Criminal Defense Attorneys until I saw just how far too many prosecutors will go to convict people of crimes the prosecutors knew the accused never committed.

Contrary to what you may think, it is not the defense attorney's job to do anything to get his client off. His job is to make sure the prosecutor does his job.
