Apparently there are 15 "waterfront lots" and this guy contacted these people to make a deal. It looks like they all brushed him off. Now the guy owns a lake and all the neighbors want a free view of somebody else's lawfully purchased lake. Maybe the homeowners are the butt-wipes. In fact, they must be butt-wipes for them to let this happen.
