I like your idea. For those who can afford more than the foot or two slice off the top, the property owners around the lake could get together and construct a huge geodesic dome engulfing the whole lake, effectively cutting off his air and light, or perhaps offering a longterm lease on their delivery, for a price. Or the neighbors could construct straight vertical airtight backyard fences extending upward far into outer space, thereby
choking off his air supply forever differentiating the neighbor's own air from the lake's air. Does the lake's owner have a right to expect the air and light from his neighbor's properties, and for free?
