Countries do not revoke the citizenship of their citizens for crimes committed elsewhere. You could be convicted of drug smuggling in Thailand and be thrown in jail for life, but you would remain a U.S. citizen. And you would be entitiled to renew your passport if you ever got out of jail.

It is the most frightening evidence of how far Russian organized crime has been able to manipulate and infiltrate the West's financial markets." Why do they keep saying "Russian organized crime",when what they REALLY need to say is "Jewish organized crime"? Could it be criminals are using PC for cover? Maybe because most people are afraid of being called "anti-Semitic" if they call a Jew a criminal? Naaahhhh!

Why Russian Mafia Boss Still Allowed To Travel On Israeli PassportWhat is the implied problem here?
Is the implication here that he is a wanted rather than an "alleged" criminal?
If he is a wanted criminal does the Israeli passport provide him with immunity from arrest?
