Yes I do realize that. You probably believe that prostitution should be legal then and that it should start at any age that the girl decided to run away. It is certainly not the governments business if a 12 yearold runs away and starts turning tricks. I don't agree that it is not the governments business.

I believe children belong to their parents until the age of 18. That's why I support parental control of education through either vouchers or tax credits. I certainly do not support 12 years prostituting themselves either. Parents not government bureaucrats have the right to control their children's lives until the age of 18.

Prostitution should be decriminalized, not legalized. Sex with underage children should rightly remain a criminal act under the law and punished accordingly.
