I don't any fear of wasting my vote; when you vote for what you believe in the only thing you're wasting is the time of those who would browbeat you into supporting their lying candidates. As far as controlling my emotions is concerned I don't have any problem in that area. Not puking every time I hear more GOP lies and backsliding shows tremendous control.
