It most certainly does matter who is the President. But he's the head of only one branch of the government, NOT a dictator.

Please don't do that; not when there are so many good men and women who are seeking office with the Libertarian or Constitution parties. If you don't have that choice where you live why not run for office yourself? Let's do something positive for our country!
