Whatever happened to the legal premise that the law cannot permit one to gain directly or indirectly from an illegal act? Had the dead not broken the law, they would not be dead. Ergo, their estates cannot be permitted to sue.

Furthermore, isn't it also true, that in the commission of a crime, someone dies while committing the illegal action, any who participated in that crime, before or after the fact, may be tried for murder?

The local paper had a reply from the Yuma Border Patrol concerning this lawsuit. Basically it said...

1. The water stops requested wouldn't have helped those that died, as it wasn't anywhere near the area.

2. The U.S. already provides safe access into the U.S. via it's ports of entry.

So what more is needed?

Their lawyers need to be put in jail for 90 days without privledge (that's no mail, no phone calls and no visits) just for fileing these bogus suites and tying up our courts when we are so short-handed for judges.
