Secondly,.. it is great that the victim TAPED this!!! The police department just looks totally inept when they try to backtrack by saying "the lady was calm.. there was no indication that she was about to be bodily harmed". BULL!!

Saying a man has just indicated that he is GOING TO KILL YOU.. INDICATES IMMINENT DANGER!!!!

This is just outrageous!!! Totally disgusting!!! To bad the lady hadn't gone out and become proficient in the use of Fire Arms. She'd be alive today!!

She could of been if she thought that the cops were going to be there 'instantly' (why anyone believes this I don't know) to save her. Really a sad situation. Best that could come out of it would be to allow Chicago citizens to arm themselves again.

There are just some 911 operators who are useless and rude. Four years ago when my house was firebombed, I called 911, pretty much hysterical, because I thought my house was on fire. The damn operator said, 'Calm down or I won't send anyone to your house.' Stupid bitch. I just replied with a, 'what did you just say?' and she changed her tune.
