I would be very happy with the perfect conservative.

So would I. But I'll settle for Bush over ALGORE or any other RAT any day! Don't forget that we don't have or will ever have all the information that Bush is working from. I'm for giving him the benefit of the doubt. We're all forming our opinions based on incomplete information. If we knew everything Bush knows, we just might come to the same conclusions he has. Then again, if we knew what Bush knows, so would our enemies.

He is being absolutely hypocritical in saying we must fight terrorists wherever we find them---EXCEPT IN ISRAEL.

I admit, I must agree with you. But one thing that you don't understand is why is President Bush doing this?

I'll show you a perfect example that I posted on April 26th.

Militants belonging to al-Aqsa Martyrs Brigades told TIME that they are preparing to avenge last week's arrest of top Arafat deputy Marwan Barghouti. And they believe the U.S. should share the pain. "Now," says a senior Brigades leader in the West Bank, "American targets are the same as Israeli targets."

It is important to remember that President Bush is the leader of the Americans, and Israel is not a state in the United States.

He is only looking out for the interests of the Americans, and he's doing what he's supposed to be doing.

Remember a vote for anyone but the Republican nomine in 2004 is the same as a vote the DemoRATs.

Simply untrue. If the Democrat gets 50,000,000 votes, the GOP candidate gets 50,000,001 votes, and I and another person vote for the Constitution Party candidate, those 2 votes are not counted toward the Democratic candidate's total and he still loses.

If you are going to pose an argument that we should compromise with liberalism, at least make it a coherent one.

Just think of the hell the Israeli parents of the young kids who were blown up tonight are going through.

Would George W. allow himself to show more than "disgust" if a terrorist Arab homicide bomber decided to ply his trade in Baby Acapulco's in Austin while the Bush twins were sloshing down margaritas?

Jonathan Pollard should rot in jail!!

I'd rather see Charles Manson out than Pollard.

Sorry, no. If Bush doesn't stop flip-flopping on foreign policy, if Bush does not stop choosing the corrupt Saudis and other corrupt Arab nations (who support terrorism--not only against Israel but the United States) over Israel, if Bush does not stop forcing Israel, the victim of terrorists, to negotiate with Arafat, a terrorist, I will indeed look elsewhere in 2004. It doesn't mean that I will vote for Al Gore or any other liberal. It does mean that I will vote for someone who is consistent with my beliefs and policies towards Israel. Right now, that person is not George W. Bush.

The one clear fact is that whoever votes third party benefits the opponent of that person's second choice. Thus, if you would have voted for a conservative over a Democrat, but voted third party, you helped the Democrat, and vice versa.

You asked, "We are either with Israel, or we are with the terrorists." Good way to say it! That is exactly the question, too.

Isn't it interesting that the more the President's approval ratings rise, the more "self-proclaimed" conservatives here on FR rage about President Bush? Oh my, this just has me so puzzled......NOT! Why if you watch the threads on FR, and have political conversations anywhere out in the "real world"......the two experiences just don't coincide!

I can see why the terrorist/cult/Palestinian/Muslims hate the Jewish people, with their Western dress and all. They hate that, allowing women to go out in public wearing regular street clothes. They want them all covered up. They are just so SICKO. I am not pointing a finger at all Muslims, just the terrorists/bombers.

Thank you for serving our country, Nitro.

Thank you also for seeing evil for what it is (that goes for Pollard, too: being Jewish, I am particularly disgusted with him).

G-d bless this country and all who serve it and stand for its principles.

How? You say it's a "clear fact" but how did I help ANYONE except the person I voted for?

you must pay real close attention to those things that you do not understand.....perhaps President Bush is saying one thing for world consumption, and entirely something else to Israel. As far as Bush senior is concerned his Read My lips statement was not directed toward you...after saying that congress would come to him three or four times asking for tax increases and that he would refuse each time...he said when congress comes again, I will tell them "READ MY LIPS..NO NEW TAXES....don't feel so bad, if you were a true conservative..trivialities like that would'nt even get your attention
