So the UN does not run the camps. But, they sure pay the bills. They are responsible for what goes on in those camps and could have held back funds while demanding changes. The terrorists operating out of those camps ARE the UN's responsibility!!

John Bachelor of the Bachelor & Alexander radio show on WABC Monday through Saturday (10PM to 1 AM) was in Israel last week. He was brought to the northern border with Lebanon. The UN guards this border. It is common knowledge among the Israeli troops that when the UN guards leave their stations that Hezbollah is about to lob over some missiles. The UN troops leave and the missiles start exploding within 90 minutes like clockwork. We tend to have a glorified version of what the UN is--on the ground the UN is just a bunch of low level employees--kind of like the guards at a mall--who can easily be bribed to turn a blind eye.
The Jenin refugees have been refugees for 54 years--they live in immoveable houses not tents. They continue to call themselves refugees because that's where the money is--refugee status is like automatic international welfare--and the West is stupid to keep paying it. Arafat is just another warlord/ poverty pimp and his people would do well to give their lives driving him from power instead of blaming Israel for their situation.

As far as I am concerned the UN grows terrorists for a living. They also grow slavers, poverty and degredation. Can anyone tell me somthing good the UN has done in the past 20 years?
