After 9/11 we saw a massive jump in charter requests especially from the left coast limo liberals who no longer wanted to ride with the common folk.

(Actually ther reason there is almost no street crime in the VA suburbs that are right next to the Forbidden Zone and the People's Republic of Maryland, where citizens are forbidden to carry and where violent crime is rampant.)
