Interesting (older) bio of Mr. and Mrs. Osbourne at the Guardian. They both seem to have worked their way back from the gutter. Filled with less than uplifting stuff like her father setting his dogs on her when she was pregnant. However, from the end of the story:

I have a theory as to why people like Ozzy. They feel sorry for him because he appears to be handicapped.
