Any national id card issued to me will be marked "5 shot group, 200 Meters, date, time, location" and mailed, with 5 .25" holes in it, to my congresscritter. Not as any sort of personal threat, but as a statement of opinion.

So how do we stop it? Serious question. How to rally & lobby & stop this gestapo-like train of biometric chips, retina scans, etc.?
