Consitutional amendements are nice but you still have to get the courts to rule in your case. The judges can still lie and or just not rule on it we passed a strong amendment in Wis. Two years ago the AG still backs strong gun control saying the amendments doesn't mean what it says. When you have courts and law makers who the constition doesn't mean a thing to them good luck in getting them to obey it.

Darn, you aren't kidding. This is the strongest one I've read for a while.

Wisconsin: The people have the right to keep and bear arms for security, defense, hunting, recreation or any other lawful purpose. Art. I, § 25 (enacted 1998).

You should be able to sue the state for infringing on your rights just like the people in Ohio did.

I sent a e-mail to the head of your Wisconsin Association. I asked why they haven't sued like Ohio has. Waiting for the Attorney General to rule on anything seems like a wasted effort. Time to sue the B@st@rds for a Vermont law.
