Those men are in US/British custody, I was given to understand. If Arafart tries to "release" them, we need to tell him "No soup for you." And follow it up with the statement that if one hair on any of those guards' heads is knocked out of place by a Palestinian, we will not only remove all "restraint" on Israel, we will treat it as a hostile act against the United States and Great Britain, and act accordingly.
Bush has one chance left to try and salvage something from this disaster, and this is it.

U.S. credibility reaches new nadirs. Thanks Colon. George, please stop listening to Colon, or the war will be lost.

Keeping that lily livered messianic idiot in his position one day longer is not good for our future.

I don't understand, if those men are in British/US custody, how can Arafart release them?

If this report is true we should remove our people and declare open season with no bag limit on the PLO.

First, if I was one of the American custodians of these men, they would need to KILL me to take him. I would surreptitiously acquire firearms to make them kill me first. Then it elevates to a US-Palestinian conflict -- I would gladly die to make that come about.
Secondly, if they take these terrorists from us, because the guards are too craven to do the former, it is time for Israel to get much more serious, and much more deadly. Perhaps a 'gentle assassination' of Arafat would be in order -- poison him with a bio agent or heavy metals or radioactivity, move him off the stage.
