The amazen thing about the "new Rush" is that he always used to be able to see the big picture. No more.
Rush's ratings will show a continual decline, not only because of O'Reilly, but also other up and coming challengers. Rush always touted competition, and he will have to face some.
When I mentioned that O'Reilly has a strong sense of right and wrong, I like that quality in a talk show host. It doesn't matter if he's perfectly conservative on every issue. He's got a moral point of view, as do some other up and coming hosts.
O'Reilly is PASSIONATE about issues that Rush won't touch. As far as O'Reilly inviting Hillary on his show, that is a publicity stunt. He knows she won't accept.
I share those moral outrages, while Rush, in spite of other news going on, can only talk about the fact that Pres. Bush isn't measuring up to his high standards. It was inevitable that others would challenge Rush, but he has actually self-destructed.
Rush doesn't care that he's turned off many of his former viewers who really like Pres. Bush and DESPISE Gore, Carville, Begala, and don't want their ilk in the White House. Let him face the consequences.
