I have described Arafat as " Dead Man Walking ", since his release. He has one big target on his back-from all sides.The smart move for him to make, would be to announce his retirement and flee to his chalet in Switzerland.Gee, I wonder if the people living in the refugee camps know about his other homes, in pricey areas.
