I like what you said 2cents and on top it - everything the Arabs touch becomes barren, everything that Isreal touches becomes lush and productive. Hmmm - blessing maybe. God's blessing.

[My2Cents]

I know most people will not see it as we do -- that the fact of Israel's existence is part of God's continuing promise to Abraham, transmitted down through Isaac and Jacob. We know how this thing will end. Ishmael will rage, and there will be no peace in the Middle East until Messiah returns....But I think it's also a good bet that Israel will be protected until that event. The Arab nations have no such guarantee of protection -- none that I see in scripture.
