In all due respect, the judge wouldn't allow THE DISGUSTING lifestyle discussed in court. That's not to say they won't be held accountable at a later time. You and I may hate the lifestyle, and society may encourage the party lifestyle..bars, booze, broads and drugs...there is NOTHING we can do about it. Regardless, you have assumed something about me that isn't true.

Their lifestyle IS relevant to the evening in question everything they did that night is relevant. The fact that the outside garage door was revolving is relevant. The judge not allowing it... could it create grounds for appeal?
