There is no cure. CivIII is all. Accept your fate. Build more Engineers... I'm afraid you may be right about there being no cure. If this problem gets any worse it might stunt my social life! And not only do I crank out the Engineers, I refuse to automate them, as I don't like the computer's automation AI. :)
