I agree - nice picture in #39. A mixture of kindness, understanding, confidence, but underneath it all a steely resolve. I think this picture gives a glimpse into his soul.

It's the eyes. Some people can hide their feelings, but this President of ours shows all in his eyes.

This expression is one commonly used in Texas, and if verbal language follows it usually includes the phrase "don't f*** with me" or "don't mess with Texas if y'all know what's good for ya"

It could also be a burr in his saddle. In which case, he is thinking, "how the hell do I get that out, without looking obscene".
