Generally speaking, sodomy is a hard sell. It's not suprising that adults afflicted with the peculiar and obsessive desire for this perversion seek out others too young to understand clearly and maturely perhaps all of the boundaries of sexuality. If the homosexual in question already suffers from poor self-esteem, a lack of confidence, and peer rejection, the superior power relation in their approach to a teenager or child may ease some of the anxiety of rejection. The thought may also have occured to them that a child is less likely to report them or to be believed. Approaching an adult friend or colleague with a proposal for sodomy carries far greater consequences if that offer is rejected or the one on the receiving end is not homosexual. What homosexuals need to understand is that we heterosexuals have no interest in anal sex and are in fact disgusted at the revolting idea of associating amorous conjugal affection - something protected with grace and reverence in the Christian sacrament of Holy Matrimony -with feces. To attempt to introduce a minor to this socially disabling vice and affliction is rightfully considered a crime.
