When a bear of tiger takes to savoring people, they shoot it, though it breaks hearts. The effort to renorm offenders who were also victims is about as successful as teaching those bears and tigers to shun man-food. That's what makes sexual abuse of children so bad. It's sad; but the spoliated preditors must be , at the very least, socially castrated (jail) or , for really nausiatingly cruel crimes, capitally castrated (neck joint).

(Please , I speak figuratively: there are more humaine ways to kill predators than beheading.)

Indeed, I believe that the erronious notion that the vicims an be "fixed" is , perhaps , one reason it is aprevalent and growing evil.

That, along with the erronious notion that many would be more content expressing the "full breadth" of their sexuality, will surely lead to more misery associated with the crime.
