The Mike Reagan site has some letters to congress archived....one read as follows:

Dear Mr. Doric: Your e mail was listed on the free republic web site. I am a retired US Army Lt. Colonel and a Policy Advisor to an Organization named US Defense-The American Victory, chaired by Admiral Mark Hill,USN/Ret. We are very dismayed over NATO Operations in Kosovo and Serbia. Unfortunately, we also are at a information loss and would like any bomb damage assessments that you might know of. If possible we would appreciate any details.
