Pretty good. The hill country of central Texas is conservative; the "Peoples Repulic of Austin" is in another district.
The re-districting shifted some conservatives areas out of Paul's Dist 14 and into Lamar Smiths's 21st.

My gut feeling is both will be re-elected.
