Since when did not wanting unchecked immigration have anything to do with racism? I'm sick of seeing anti-immigration equated to racism in the media. I wouldn't want worthless trash moving into my country either, regardless of their race. And by "worthless trash" I mean welfare leeches who undermine my country on my dime; I have no beef with hardworking immigrants trying to get ahead in the world.

The erroneous sweeping generalizations around here by folks who don't know the facts, and are just indulging their perjudices, is getting quite old.

Sorry....America should be for Americans...or those WANTING to be American, Not anti-American slime that wish to destroy the foundation this country was built on (life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness). Want to know the facts? Most modern day immigrants/aliens are anti-American slime seeking to destroy this country from within. My source? Look around a major metropolitan area sometime. Want another source? Remember what happened on 9/11.

Take your pie in the sky free market economics and stick it. No one needs a lecture from you. I really tire of such stupidity from those who think they found the solution for all problems in the free market and free flow of people across borders. 

In nations like Scotland the pie is finite or growing slowly at best. Has been this way for decades. The place is depressed. Bringing in immigrants benefits the Scots not all unless they are educated and able to contribute to vital industries. Opening a shop, a laundromat, an ethnic restaurant or 7-11 does not help the Scottish economy.
