Success. I got 90 house-brand targets (identical to an SR-21), @ 20 cents apiece. Not sure if that simulates 200 or 300 yards, I think that is the target used for rapid prone. Do you think these will work for my suggested slow standing, rapid sitting&prone?

Open to suggestions on time for a rapid fire for the bolt rifles. I've shot bolt Mauser98 at our match, it was tough to get 10 off in 60/sitting 70/prone till I got the hang of it. How about 90 and 100 seconds for the bolts?

The targets are perfect. It's never a big deal as long as they can be seen and they're the same for all the shooters. The time is good too. I could probably do the shorter time but people who have never shot high power before might have a problem. Add the Kid to the list. I should have the '03 in a month which I can use no matter what the time limit for getting the targets back and forth would be. I doubt that we'll finish in thirty more days.

It should be exciting for me to use a bolt gun that I've never owned or used and never had the chance to use in a match. If there's mechanical problem with it, I'll use a $140 Yugo 98K. For the .22, I'm going to use the most common .22 out there. A 10/22.
