Your stock HBAR Bushmaster is OK. No one installed a match Barrel in it so it's fine. Any old military rifle can have a touchy trigger so no one is saying anything about that either. The rule on the spotter scopes came about because one minute you have someone with an old pair of binoculars and the next person has a Kowa that's set up so he doesn't have to move from position.
Come to think about it, since the rules aren't in the packet yet, state your case to Cap and he can discuss it with you. Just try to remember that not everyone will have the stuff for this match.
That was my mistake last time when I used my son's Trophy Match. I could have used one of my guns I had been ignoring lately.

I was through with a long drawn out post and then I lost it. By the time I wrote another, you already answered.

By the way, I don't want to confuse this anymore but I forgot about slings. Yes or no?
