Either way, it's too much. I say we give no countries in the Middle East foreign aid. If Israel wants to buy weapons from us to defend themselves from their neighbors, sell them the weapons. If Saudi Arabia wants more jets, we tell them no. Simple.

The only problem with that logic is that we promised our military aid in exchange for the giving up of the Sinai by Israel. Does Israel then say the deal is null and void, allowing for the retaking of the Sinai?
