Gaza City -- Six days a week, kindergarten teacher Samira Ali El Hassain tells her class of 30 5-year-old boys and girls what makes the world go round.
"Here is how an egg becomes a chicken," she says to a student. "Here is how to draw a circle," she tells another.

I'm sorry if this has been posted already. I did a quick search and didn't see it.
These are the sick a**holes we are dealing with. To think there will ever be peace with them is ludicrous.

The Palestinians have shown the world that they dont deserve a nation. Their entire mentality is worse than the Nazi and the Japanese in World War II. Thye ned to be defeated and their children need to be educated by normal civilised human beings instead of the human garbage that they have now. Only a sick society celebrates murder, holds lynch mobs for justice, and uses its children to fight while the men watch from the sidelines. And Powel thinks we can worlk with the Arabs? Talk about living in dreamland.

Excuse the typing errors of my last post. I was angry. To me teaching children to hate and using them to fight wars is a bigger war crime than blowing up palestinian houses. The UN and the europeans are ignoring all palestinian transgresions. Its sad.

You know, it's funny. Over here, children can be taken and put in the care of others for almost anything. Any kind of abuse brings down tons of people willing to help any poor child who is being subjecting to improper care. Children are being raised in Palestinian areas to grow up and blow themselves up and attack the hated jews. Yet this is behavior worthy of diplomacy.

Maybe we should get some of the Childen's services Nazis from here to pass judgement on palestinian parenting skils. Funny thing is, the same liberal jerks that advocate taking my kids away for looking at them wrong, think palestinians sending their kids to murder and Castro brainwashing kids to be communists is just peachy.

This is exactly what the NAZIS and the Japanese did in the 1930's...
To: RaceBannon
Exactly. Control the minds and education of the children, and in a few years, you control society.
To: RaceBannon
This is exactly what the NAZIS and the Japanese did in the 1930's...Yes Race......and only the same outcome will solve the problem. Dresden and Hiroshima followed by an imposed civilizing by Christian victors.
The method to peace is as obvious as history. We've already had our new "Pearl Harbor" wake up call. It's time for surgery now to cut out the infection.

Six days a week, kindergarten teacher Samira Ali El Hassain tells her class of 30 5-year-old boys and girls what makes the world go round.Obviously the root cause of the problem is large class size, caused by evil Republicans cutting teachers salaries for huge tax breaks to the wealthy.

It seems that Powell inhaled.

I have a couple of girlfriends that for the summer took in Irish girls from Northern Ireland. They do this every year. One year my friend took in a protestant girl. The girl was very upset to find that some members of my friends family were Catholic. (cousins, etc.) At family gettogethers she tried to find out which were which, so she could stay away from them.
When time came for her to go, she told my friend, don't tell my mommy I played with a Catholic girl, because she will beat me.

reading this article reminded me of the hit song that was popular in several Arab countries last year: "I hate Israel." Sounds like a catchy little ditty, doesn't it? I'm also reading Michael Oren's "Six Days of War" about the 1967 conflict. Arab leaders were essentially telling their people the exact same things. "zionism is the root of all evil. The Jews are why you don't have good jobs or education or health care" -- as opposed to the failings of the leaders and their usurping of resources to make themselves rich. It's one-note politics -- rallying diverse groups of individuals by making them hate the same thing. They've been doing it for 50 years. Many will not stop now.
The only note of hope is the man in this article who is trying to bring Jewish and Palestinian children together to remind both that the other side is human. Most Israelis already acknowledge the humanity of their enemies (Oren had an op-ed in USA Today recently called "Israeli soldiers risk death to save their enemies' lives" on why Jenin wasn't destroyed by fire power -- to give civilians time to get out of the way, meanwhile, costing the lives of 23 soldiers). Palestinians need to learn that the Israelis are human, and it seems it's probably too late to teach that to anyone over about age 15.
