BIO - Scott Hebert
Scott Hebert was the 1999 Florida Teacher of the Year. For the past 13 years, Hebert has taught various grades from pre-K through 6th, and is currently working as a guidance counselor and technology specialist at Citrus Springs Elementary School in Citrus Springs, Florida. A Republican, Hebert received his Bachelor of Science degree from Slippery Rock University and a Masters Degree in Educational Leadership from Nova Southwestern University. Hebert, 35, was inducted into the Florida Educators Hall of Fame in 1998 and continues to serve on various state and national committees to improve the educational system for each student in the state of Florida.

The stereotypicalness of democrats is part of their sales pitch to gain control of weak minded/uninformed voters. If American politics ever subscribed to truth in advertising and results oriented leadership the democratic party would be silenced.
Unions and political associations came about to give a collective voice to employees and political special interest. The leadership of these collectives are no longer the voice of their constituents but rather have taken control and imposed their own agenda on their constituents.
It's refreshing to be reminded that we are able to make our own choices. The teachers you have spotlighted here have made their own choices.
So with that in mind - GO SUMMER !!!!!!:-)
