--Minus the incredibly expensive costs of "Management," there ought to be LOTS of "available funds" for Orion!

I suspect that NASA needs a LONG OVERDUE "Management 'High Colonic,'" removing about 80% of the unnecessary "Managerial Deadwood!"

The resulting savings would likely "Fund" SEVERAL promising projects (including 'Orion!').

Simply remove those whose only "product" is "paper!!"

How I wish "W" would focus on NASA--if only for a day.......
