Rumsfeld will allow info to float to throw the Iraqis off on this one, I guarantee too. Rumsfeld is very cunning and it is good that he is involved in this exercise to insure a more successful outcome.

He will not lie, but the public and Iraqis just will not be given the complete picture until he is ready and even then you will not learn all at once. For instance, if someone says September in the Pentagon, something very well may be going on with Iraq in September but something else will also be going on with Iraq at a different time also, either before or after September or both.

I was about to say --- why in the world would be give accurate info about such things? Not that Iraq would have a chance, but everyone knows that some element of surprise would help keep our casualty numbers down.

Wife just told me that the Pittsburgh Medical Reservists were called up today and told to prepare for up to a two year deployment. They were also told to prepare for hospital operations to handle surgery for up to 240 patients a day. When I hear more I will post the info. The call up itself could be part of a disinfo campaign but who knows.

Bob Novak has never realy given me what it takes to gain my trust as a concervative, however, I hope the guy is on target with this one! Saddam MUST GO for any US victory in the War. I don't doubt that Bush is gunning for Saddam, but all the bad news from the Middle East has risen opposition for a Bush move. I think Bush has the best interests of our nation in mind, I just hope Novak is right when he says we are going into Bahgdad. I think he is right though! (unlike Clinton) I do think Bush is ready to lay it all out their in the name of what is best for this nation... that's just why I voted for him!
