I do not believe this story is made up of whole cloth.
The e-mail address was not invented,
the companies mentioned,
including the Canadian company,
do exist.

The main significance of the story to me is
that the FBI is releasing no facts whatsoever
(other than calculated disinformation)
and whoever knows anything
however minor
about the Atta group
has been told in the strongest possible language
to shut up.

This of course applies most of all to the anthrax business.

Kind of like this article's author. 'Local, unnamed officials,' unnamed 'sources,' an article strongly smelling of calculated disinformation, etc. Nothing to back up the author's information- and no, it doesn't take a genius to look up company names when they've already been released by real news sources that actually quote real people and whose information actually concurs with that of other news sources which also quote real people.
