I wanted to return to some info I found.

It was BILL LIBBY that had been (apparently) part of the swappers club, who handled the donated money for the Danielle Recovery Center, who POSSIBLY could have been the one calling the search teams and telling them to recheck the Dehesa Road area.

Maybe He went to Dad's the night Brenda,Denise,Keith, Rich, and Westerfield were there. Expected to have Brenda to himself. (His wife was out of town)

When he thought Westerfield was horning in on his territory, maybe he went back to talk to Damon.

Maybe Damon was off playing bumper cars with a female neighbor when Libby stormed into the house. Maybe...... you take it from there.

That's the same questions I had, when they erased the AWOL charges, the porn charges etc.. Granted the AWOL charge is a military matter, and only military can enforce their own rules and regulations..it's just all weird.

Yes, I also question whether the child porn charge has really been dropped. However, especially in light of the Supreme Court's decision, I can at least see that charge being dropped -- but the kidnapping?

Post 603 was a listing of the testimony where Brenda admitted she was supposed to meet BILL LIBBY at DAD's on Feb 1. The same night she was there with Rich,Keith, Barb, Denise, and That DW was there.

Well, let me know when you think of it, I've got to get some sleep and nothing comes to mind. All I can think of is that they've sometimes used lesser charges like "improper disposal of a body" when they can't prove murder.

It's April, seguing into May, I have a T-ball team, ballet rehearsals/recital, sewed a prom dress (like the Drew Barrymore one in "Ever After", and a Cinderella dress for a 5 yr old, and just now caught up with this thread.

I don't have a lot to say except that stretching stained panties into heavy discharge is a bit much.

And I'm not ready to take the "dropping" of the porn charges seriously, remember the "desertion" charges. Data entry doesn't seem to be a bureaucratic strong point. More to the point, even if they drop those charges, the pornography can still be used as evidence of motive and prediliction(sp?). Considering that the charges are a misdemeanor anyway, maybe in the light of the SCOTUS declaring it legal, they decided to drop it and concentrate on the murder charges.

I have had the draining sinus, cough for over two weeks.

Last week I had to come in around noon and work until about midnight everynight.

This week I am back on days, but due to system changes/problems, end of year inventory, I have been here until late monday and tuesday. It is now 1am in the morning and I think I have everything straightened out with the programmers and the inventory staff and the operators and I can let myself go home!
