PMSNBC is probably lying. I don't see a collapsed building on the TV.
Just a lot of blown out windows. This was Apex Technical School.
It could be some kind of lab explosion/electrical, but I can't help but think about all the immigrant students that come here from the mid east.
Nobody reported hurt, yet.
