Fox has a helicopter view. I just don't see the collapsed building. I see a lot of debris from blown out windows and windowframes, but the firetruck is on the street with the latter.
Just mentioned on Fox that one News Wire is reporting that it's NOT an explosion, but a partial building collapse (that I guess sounded like an explosion?).

Fox now explaining that buildings in this area (called Chelsea) on 16th street between 6th and 7th avenues are older buildings, leaning towards the collapsed building theory.
