go to www.lef.org and check out cla. it is amazing. also , consider using flax oil liquid along with protein shakes. efa deficiencies are related to the bodys reluctance to shed unneeded fat. also, go to mikementzer.com, and order and read heavy duty II. i have gotten the most muscular i have in seventeen years, working out once every five days or so, doing legs, chest and back about every two weeks. and the weights and reps just keep going up.

As to the Flax oil...I usually use Salmon Oil instead...I work out 5 times a week....Currently I am following a 5Rep, 2-3 set protocal ala Pavel Tsatsoulines Power to the People...Also touched on In Hatfields POWER....Thats the PM.
In the AM I've been running 6-10 miles....
