Sardines in Olive Oil and garlic. Yum.

I started buying real olive oil this year. I love dipping bagels in it with some Syrian Zaatar mixed in. That's a once a month treat.

Try eating Marischo Cherries when you have the Gout, it will help the swelling & the pain. Occasionally I have a touch of the Gout when I eat shrimp or to much Alcohol, colchicine is the medication I take when i've indulged to much.

Start using systemic enzymes, and kiss your gout goodbye. if you can find it, use Wobenzyme N from Naturally vitamins, a compound used in Germany for decades. you will need to take 5-7 three times a day on empty stomach. when sit. resoves, maintain with 2-4 three times a day. i sell tons of it, tons of repeat purchases, tons of clinical evidence, govt. tried to ban it, but it is only enzymes from food sources like pineapples, cows, papaya. you must use systemic enzymes, enteric coated, digestive will not really work, unless you take handfuls.
