The honeymooners bought a waterbed but a few years later they were drifting apart.

I got married last summer, and we took our honeymoon in British Columbia. It was FANTASTIC! Actually if you can make it to anywhere in Canada, I would suggest it as an option. The people are very nice, and the US Dollar will buy you a ton in Canada right now. I think last week 1 CDN was worth only .63 USD. wow!

Thats a good idea. They can take a ferry from Seattle to BC.

One of the options we thought of was Niagra Falls which is 5 hours from us.

Hmmmm.... pretty hot in July. Try someplace cool to beat the heat. An Alaskan cruise? Washington state is beautiful.

The best place to honeymoon is Cleveland. There's a Motel 8 on Main Street.

Actually checked on an Alaskan cruise and it was $3500 a person! Any better rates would be nice.

That might be a good idea too! Thanks!

I think BC would be awesome. Both of us really wanted an out of the way place with lots of natural beauty. I'll put it on the list.

Make her toes curl! God will bless you! You're right, but there's more to love than curling toes.

Is your fiancee a Freeper yet? :-)

He might also want to consider
Aurora, Ohio which includes major attractions like Six Flags (formerly Geauga Lake Park and SeaWorld.)
Another somewhat unique trip (within reasonable driving distance) would be State College Pa.
I add this because of the timing, The Central Pennsylvania Festival of the Arts is held each year at Penn State in early July. Artsy-Craftsy stuff and excellent entertainment all week long. And PSUs campus is beautiful in the summer. (I wouldn't recommend anybody try to drive there in winter.)
