What part of the Constitution grants the FEDERAL government any power to regulate speech this way? The post-FDR socialistic court's reinterpretation of the Commerce Clause to mean all powers to the Feds, and none left to the States and the People?

Show me the part of the Constitution that authorizes them regulate speech in any way.

How these people who want to jettison the Constitution can call themselves "conservative" is beyond me.

No, the real question is: WHEN WILL THE FEDERAL GOVERNMENT LIVE WITHIN THE LIMITS OF THE US CONSTITUTION?

Thats not going to happen unless people protest.

We are too lazy to protest.

So, we're headed for authoritarianism.
