Just reported on radio that an AMTRACK PASSENGER TRAIN has slammed into a track repair/support truck on the tracks at the Dundee Road (RTE 68) crossing.
Unknown injuries etc. at this time...monitoring...

OK, I know trains crash and they have a worse record than planes in number of miles traveled. But, 3 crashes in 2 days? Hmmmmm

Are there any suggestions of terrorism yet due to this rash of train accidents? Or are these coincidences.
One feels a bit like when the second plane went into the second tower.

Two train wrecks in one day? First in LA now in Chicago? Not a good day to be a train passenger...and then we had the Amtrak train wreck last week north of Orlando...Hm....someone trying to put them outta business?

I believe they are attacking our rail system. Where's the Cabinet guy and Tom Ridge? Three this week? Please ping me with breaking news on this thread. Are these terrorists sabotaging our tracks and engineering our trains? Inquiring minds want to know.

Even with Amtrak's safety record this is highly unusual. I'm starting to wonder if some is sabotaging the tracks or trains.
