Isn't it odd that that is the way that Klayman AND FJIC use the same term, only Klayman is talking about people who he ADMITS criticize him for his press releases:
Klayman acknowledges, however, an effort to tone down his act, though not the volume of lawsuits, responding to supporters who have suggested that his press releases are too polemical.
I like this quote, too:
Despite his relentless pursuit of Clinton, Klayman, who draws a $250,000 annual salary from Judicial Watch, insists he doesn't hate the former president, whom he has seen face to face only once, at a formal dinner. "He was part of my generation. Even though we're ideologically different, I wanted him to succeed," Klayman said.
Klayman's opinion began to change, he said, when Clinton, in his first term, formed a legal defense fund and accepted contributions.
"You can't panhandle for money from the American people," said Klayman, a registered Republican who voted for Democrat Jimmy Carter in the wake of Watergate. The fund, he said, "opened a Pandora's box of people trying to influence them."
