But your credibility is. Tell us who or what convinced you that Ron Brown was not murdered. It certainly wasn't the government's expert pathologists because even the one who did the examination now says the wound looked like a bullet wound and he should have been autopsied. It certainly wasn't Ken Starr, was it? So was it some article in those left-wing rags you cited in a recent thread in order to smear Klayman? Is that your source of information in the Brown case? We are all eager to hear what sources a "conservative" like yourself uses to dismiss the allegations in the Brown matter. And for that matter, we'd like to know how you arrived at the conclusion that Chinagate, Filegate and the like were "investigated" and found to be about "nothing". We are just curious why you so carefully avoid discussions of fact in the matters pertaining to the crimes that Clinton and his associates committed and instead rely on an "exact" wording defense to shield yourself from questions about your INTENT ... like Clinton did.
If only the 'eWW' would come clean and get this audit behind him then he could continue with his adopted missions of ferreting out corruption in gov't and cruises to the 'Klayman Islands'....

We all know why Judicial Watch is not going to cooperate with this audit. And I don't know why you keep bringing up the JW cruises. Those cruises are just something extra that they do for their supporters.

You said "You're NOT preposing that Bush and Ashcroft go to court on Larry Klayman's word alone, are you? and my response was "But it isn't Klayman's word ... its the sworn word of the people deposed." I didn't use the word FACT. I simply maintained that those depositions (by people like Tripp who you now CLAIM you believe) were grounds for Bush and Ashcroft to RE-INVESTIGATE the matter of Filegate. Instead, you insisted (and appear still to insist) that Klayman has to PROVE those depositions in court BEFORE the Feds can begin investigating ... which is patently ridiculous and an obvious "move-on" tactic to keep the Clinton-related crimes from ever being investigated at all. Howlin, you've been caught. You can't both believe every word of Tripp's testimony and still believe that Filegate (or the other matters) were properly investigated and about "nothing". Those are mutually exclusive.
Plus, Klayman's own words and past precedent have shown us that many audits ordered during the Clinton Administration were politically motivated.

Ignore the statements of the expert pathologists in the Brown case, ignore the proven lies of AFIP, ignore the glaring omissions in the "official" report, ignore the missing x-rays and photos, ignore the missing beacon and the untimely "suicide" of the man in charge of it, ignore the loss of transponder and radio contact before the crash, ignore the sworn testimony implicating AFIP officers in tampering with the x-rays, ignore the testimony giving Clinton motive for killing Brown, ignore the fact that the Whitehouse ordered there be no autopsy when by law the FBI should have been called in and one performed, ignore the hundreds of incriminating FACTS. Ignore them ALL! Just blame MY lack of credibility. We believe you Howlin. LOL!

If 'eWW' will only get this audit behind him he'll be able to better ferret out corruption.... now that's not so hard to understand is it.
Then by all means shows us your EVIDENCE for Brown being autopsied. Prove to us that VA Advogado is not a liar. The ball is in your court.
You are only digging yourself in deeper, Howlin, but I guess after this last exchange what does it matter.
Do you know if the stated reason for an audit is published in any place or is even given to the one being audited? I would guess it's not made public by the IRS unless it became public in a court case.... Then again maybe they don't give a statement of reason but only ask for additional material for documentation or clarification.....
