There are thousands of means available to you, should you wish it. I do not desire that you use them, nor will I carelessly list more than I have. I'm certain you're smart enough to find them if you wanted to badly enough. You do not need the state to do it, and if you would not have the will to do it without the aid of others, perhaps it means you should not do it at all.
