SAUDIS THROW U.S. COMMAND CENTER EQUIPMENT INTO DESERT TO ROT-Convinced of 'Back Door' Monitoring..

Also in the new update for Monday (very long)..

Saudis will hold an oil boycott with Venezuela if Isreal does not launch new attacks with no major retaliations for bombings within 10 to 14 days.

This will enable the Bush Summit to proceed as planned, embargo to be postponed after the Bush-Abdullah talks at the ranch later this month.

Saudi Arabia has disconnected all the US equipment from the Prince Sultan air base east of Ridayh boxed it up and dumped in the desert.

They believe that the U.S. can monitor their army and Air Force movements from a 'back door' in the control equipment.

Saudis will hold an oil boycott with Venezuela if Isreal [sic] does not launch new attacks with no major retaliations for bombings within 10 to 14 days.

I am not, indeed, sure whether it is not true to say that the Milton who once seemed not unlike a seventeenth-century Shelley had not become, out of an experience ever more bitter in each year, more alien [sic] to the founder of that Jesuit sect which nothing could induce him to tolerate.

-- Professor Harold Laski, quoted by Orwell as a Bad Example.

Regardless of the accuracy of the story, as far as I'm concerned, the Saudis can pound sand - and return to their ancestor's pre-oil ways of roaming the desert, living it tents and humping cammels.

A summer palace that can shuttle him out of the country? That beat any SUV we make.

DEBKA is an Israeli web site with contacts in the Mossad (the Israeli Inteligence service).

And I'm hoping that Dubya will remeber this when they come crying back for help defending their precious oil fields.

I'm coming to believe that the Mossad is writing some of DEBKA's stories, coupled with some lower command level military types.

Hey...the Saudis are our friends...who cares if they fund Arafat's human bombs and Bin Laden's network. But Powel and GW love them...

The story says that the Jordanian ruler besides declaring virtual marial law in the major cities, has put his family up in the summer palace in case things get too hot-when they will flee to Egypt.

And the money is already transferred ahead to the bank in that area.

You are right on target. DEBKA is a vehicle for Israelis from their security and military to release information no official officer would have the nerve to do.

Powell isn't going to be defending these guys (I hope) much longer.

Rummy already thinks he's a 'hippie child' for doing so (his words)

Other Imal quotes: "The RMS Titanic's maiden voyage did not end in an entirely satisfactory manner." "Playing with matches while standing in a pool of gasoline could pose some minor risks to one's health." "Bill Clinton's record for veracity is not without a few blemishes here and there."

He would probably call hanging out in a crack house a mild social deviation.

Saudi Arabia is a terrorist state. It wouldn't surprise me if they are kicking us out of that airbase. I've read elsewhere we are moving equipment from that base to Qatar.
